Along the way, we’ll make a pit stop at Valley of Fire State Park, known for its stunning red sandstone formations, which illuminate the valley, especially at sunset. Arriving at Zion, we’ll be enveloped by green scenery, spending two nights amid the pine forests, cliffs, and waterfalls.

Bryce and Antelope Canyons

The next morning, it’s off to Bryce Canyon, which, despite its name, is a large amphitheater carved out of rock—and one of the most beautiful parks in the West. Then we’ll continue on to Lake Powell Resort for a two-night stay. From here, we’ll pay a visit to the iconic Antelope Canyon, the cave-like geological formation known around the world for beautiful photos of sun rays shining through red rock. The canyon is located within the territory of the Navajo Nation, so we can only visit it with them.

Bryce Canyon, Utah

The Grand Canyon

Departing for Monument Valley, on the border of Arizona and Utah, we’ll discover amazing red-brown rock formations called “mesa” that emerge from the desert and alternate with sand dunes and natural arches. This is also a famous filming location for many westerns. After a picnic lunch, we’ll embark on a Jeep tour of the valley with a Navajo guide.

Next, we’re off to see one of the seven natural wonders of the world: the Grand Canyon. Consisting of sedimentary layers that change color with the angle of the light, the mile-wide canyon is truly a sight to behold! We’ll spend all afternoon here and watch the show as the sun goes down.
